I downloaded the iGTD2 software, and would like to start adding Contexes and Projects, but those two tab buttons do not show on top, whether I am in the Inbox or the Tasks tab column, as your screenshots show. And I can't find a way to add them under Preferences either. Should install the software again, or am I missing something?

I have the same problem...i can't find any way to add contexts, places, etc. to a project or task. The help section seems to apply only the iGTD (not 2) and mentions a context browser but I can't find that in iGTD2.
